Our list of banking clients includes the second largest bank in Germany. Its DTC (Digital Technology Center) serves as a key hub for the bank's digital transformation efforts, focusing on developing and implementing advanced technology solutions for the financial industry. The center specializes in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics, supporting bank's global operations – from Frankfurt to New York or London to Singapore. DTC plays a crucial role in enhancing the bank's digital capabilities and driving forward its technological initiatives.

Another long-term Finance & Investment client is a leading global exchange organization offering a wide range of products, services, and technologies related to the securities market. This client plays a crucial role in the global financial market by enabling secure and transparent trading and processing, across a broad spectrum of asset classes.

Engineering & Manufacturing

We cooperate with global and leading companies specializing in automation and IT solutions for high-tech industries, particularly for semiconductor manufacturing. Our clients provide software and consulting services to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and enable Smart Factory operations creating a big impact for semiconductor fabs around the world.


Our hot client is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology, as well as active and passive safety systems for the automotive industry. This world-known company focuses on research, development, and engineering services to support the innovation and advancement of automotive technologies. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and cutting-edge technology plays a vital role in shaping the future of mobility through the development of intelligent and efficient automotive solutions.

Hiring Process Overview

At Reasunta we strive to make the hiring process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read following lines carefully before asking any questions. These lines are here to help you in getting a big picture, understand the process step-by-step, and guide you through the expectations:


Application & Initial Screening

  • After submitting your application, our recruitment team will review your resume and qualifications. If your profile matches the role, you will be invited to proceed to the next stage.

Initial info call
  • The initial phone screen is an important step in our hiring process, designed to help us get to know each other better. Here's what you can expect:

a. Introduction: We'll start with brief introductions so you can learn more about our company.

b. Discussion about your Experience: We will discuss your background, skills, and experiences to better understand how they relate to the position. This is a great opportunity for you to highlight your key achievements and areas of expertise.

c. Relocation: During the initial information call, we will also discuss relocation in detail, particularly for roles based in the Czech Republic or Germany. This conversation will focus on:

  1. Your Willingness to Relocate: We will explore your openness to relocation.
  2. Motivation to Relocate: We are interested in understanding what motivates you to consider relocation. This helps us to support you throughout the process the best we can.

d. Next Steps: We'll outline the next steps in the hiring process, which typically includes completing a technical assessment and scheduling your interview.


Technical Assessment

  • You will receive a link to complete a technical assessment, focused on Java (and/or other relevant skills). This test allows us to evaluate your technical expertise.
  • The test is timed, and details about the duration and any deadlines will be provided in the invitation email. Please complete it by the specified deadline to proceed in the hiring process.

Recruiter and Relocation Discussion
  • After successfully passing the technical test, you will have a more detailed conversation with our Recruiter.
  • Our open roles require relocation to the Czech Republic or Germany, our team will provide comprehensive support, including visa application and processing, relocation assistance, and accommodation advice. We’ll guide you through each step to ensure smooth transition.

Technical Interview Process
  • Once you complete the technical assessment, our team will review your results. If successful, we will contact you to schedule an online technical interview.
  • The interview may involve deeper technical discussions, problem-solving exercises, and questions about your hands-on experience with the technologies relevant to the role.
  • Depending on the role, you may have one or more interview rounds, including interviews with technical leads or senior management.

Sales/Project Call
  • In this stage, you'll have a conversation with a representative from our Sales and Delivery team. This is an opportunity for you to understand the business side of the company, how the role aligns with our goals, and how your work will contribute to overall success while we deliver our services to the Client.
  • Role Details: We'll provide more in-depth information about the job, the team you'll work with, and the technologies you'll be use. This is also the time to ask any questions you have about the role.

Client Interview
  • The final step in the process is a Client interview. Here, you'll meet directly with our Client to discuss the role in more detail and assess how well you fit with their team and project requirements.

Offer & Onboarding

If you pass interview stages successfully, you will receive an offer letter detailing the position, compensation, and timing. Upon acceptance, our onboarding team will help you get set up and ready to join the company.
